Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you (the customer) and sketchstack SARL, a Moroccan SARL, publisher of Sketchstack.

Sketchstack turns photos of hand-drawn architecture diagrams into drafts: a rendered diagram, a component graph, a Terraform skeleton, and an ADR draft.

All generated diagrams, Terraform code, and ADR text are drafts produced by machine vision and language models. They may contain errors, omissions, or unsafe assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing every generated artifact before using it in production, and for testing the resulting infrastructure code in a safe environment. Sketchstack makes no warranty that generated output is fit for a particular purpose.

You retain ownership of the sketches you upload and of the specs generated from them. We process them only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party foundation models on your uploads.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us at hello@sketchstack.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, do not attempt to breach the service or extract other users' data, and do not use Sketchstack to generate infrastructure for illegal activity.

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled case by case; see the pricing FAQ.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sketchstack SARL's total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by acting on unreviewed AI-generated output.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be handled by the competent Moroccan courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you live.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
